In 1994 VGG. Applications, starting a professional trajectory with ADP, an application designed for logistics operators. The years 2018 and 2019 represented a turning point. During this period, the group experienced significant growth both in its internal team and in the geographical deployment of APPIA® and its facilities. This expansion led the company to adopt a new strategy, resulting in the formation of APPIA GROUP.
With a challenging trajectory, and thanks to the legacy of VGG Aplicaciones, APPIA GROUP by VGG stands out for its deep expertise in logistics solutions and the strong bond it creates with its customers. The company is proud to announce its position as one of the most recognized software in the logistics sector in Spain, and aims to have a turnover of 2.5 million euros in 2024, increasing its turnover by 10% compared to the previous year.
With a presence in more than 450 warehouses around the world, including Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Colombia and Peru, and a customer portfolio of close to two hundred affiliates, APPIA GROUP by VGG is preparing to conquer new markets, focusing on LATAM. The company has demonstrated its commitment to innovation by entering the logistics hardware sector in 2023, opening new lines of business focused on optimizing the processes of measuring and weighing items, packages and pallets.
To mark this special year, APPIA GROUP by VGG has kicked off 2024 by announcing the opening of an office in Madrid, bringing its expertise and personalized attention to the Spanish capital. In addition, it plans to open a second office in Barcelona in the middle of this year, on the Catalan coast, designed to become a hub of innovation and excellence.
