From June 7 to 9 we will be presenting our latest hardware developments at SIL Barcelona 2023, the leading event in logistics and transport, and that this year has as main objectives to promote internationalization and publicize the latest developments in logistics in the era of industry 4.0. Our latest launch, which has already been very well received at Pick&Pack 2023, is a family of intelligent devices that significantly improve the most complex picking and packing processes. These devices can be connected to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), creating a perfect combination. To achieve this symbiosis we have implemented technologies such as pick & put-to-light (with LED) and LIDAR (rotating precision laser), which streamline and optimize these operations.
Our new hardware: the trolley and the smart locker
Smart Locker: An agile, efficient and error-free all-in-one.
The intelligent locker allows operators to perform pick & put-to-light in an agile, efficient and error-detecting manner.
How does it work?
- The operator performs a mass picking of the items in the order batch.
- The front LEDs indicate in which box the read item should be left.
- The rear LEDs will light up as the orders are completed.
- Several operators can work simultaneously on the same side of the locker by means of color coding.
The LIDAR is able to detect errors made and activate the red LEDs if necessary.
The intelligent trolley has standard dimensions of 150cm x 42cm X 200cm (L x W x H), but we can adapt it to the dimensions you need.
Picking Cart: The intelligent and agile cart that moves with you.
Our intelligent picking cart allows order picking to be carried out simultaneously with picking. Its main advantage is the preparation of several orders at the same time in a single route in the plant through an advanced technology that mitigates human errors.
How does it work?
- When the barcode of the product is read, it lights up the cart box where it should be deposited.
- The LIDAR will confirm that it has been deposited correctly by illuminating the green led.
- If the LIDAR detects errors, it will activate the red LEDs.
- When the box is complete, the printer prints the delivery note, packing list and/or transport label.
The picking cart has predefined standard dimensions, but we can customize them according to your specific requirements.
- Trolley: 131cm x 165cm x 83cm (width x height x depth)
- Boxes: 40cm x 15cm x 30cm (width x height x depth)
